1. 集める情報
NEON 47（以下「本アプリ」）は、アカウント登録やログインを必要としません。遊んだ記録（自己ベスト、コイン、購入したテーマ・マップ・アイテム・モード、設定）は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存され、開発者のサーバーに送られることはありません。
2. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは、無料で提供するために Google LLC の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を使っています。AdMob は、広告の表示・効果の測定・不正防止のために、端末の広告識別子、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示や操作の状況、クラッシュなどの診断情報を集めることがあります。
iOS の「Appからのトラッキング要求」で許可しなかった場合、広告識別子はトラッキングに使われません。ヨーロッパ経済領域・英国などでは、広告の同意画面が表示され、本アプリのメニュー「クレジット」からあとで変更できます。

3. Game Center
ランキングには Apple の Game Center を使います。Game Center にサインインしている場合、スコアが Apple に送られ、ランキングに表示されます。取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. 結果のシェア
「結果をシェア」で共有する文章と画像は、利用者が選んだ共有先にだけ送られます。本アプリが自動で送ることはありません。

1. Information we collect
NEON 47 ("the app") does not require an account or sign-in. Your play data (best scores, coins, unlocked themes, maps, items and modes, and settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer's servers.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, approximate location, ad interaction data, and diagnostics such as crash data.
If you do not allow tracking in iOS ("Ask App Not to Track"), the advertising identifier is not used for tracking. In the European Economic Area, the UK and similar regions, a consent message is shown, and you can change your choice later from Menu > Credits.

3. Game Center
Leaderboards use Apple Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple and shown on the leaderboards, under Apple's privacy policy.
4. Sharing results
The text and image you share with "Share result" are sent only to the destination you choose. The app never shares anything automatically.
